Jon: “I was just putting seasoning on my dinner, she ERUPTS, full frontal attack on me, ‘OH GOD, WHY DON’T YOU JUST COVER YOUR ENTIRE DINNER IN SALT?’ For a start it’s pepper.”
Russell: “The truth of it is that she was being wonderfully flirty, saw that he was putting lots of pepper on his meal-“
Jon: “That’s not true, she hated me.”
Russell: “She obviously found you wonderfully charming and attractive, but after she said that he put his knife and fork down, his head fell into his soup and he looked at me with the hollowest, biggest eyes, and said ‘Why do they hate me?’”
This was the definitive moment that I fell in love with Jon.
I’ve been re-listening to their shows lately and am convinced more than ever that Jon and I are meant for each other.
